"Gut, aber mit Einschränkungen"

Die Lage ist gut. Sehr schöne, auch nicht touristische Lokale und Frühstückscafes in direkter Nachbarschaft. Zum Strand sind es ca 15 Minuten , aber so war es auch beschrieben. Das Appartement ist geräumig und mit alltäglichen Utensilien ( Küche, Bad, Wäsche) gut ausgestattet.

Die Fotos sind mit einem Weitwinkel gemacht. Das heißt, alles wirkt größer als es tatsächlich ist. Dies war besonders für die Abbildungen der Dachterasse schade, denn sie ist recht klein und nicht so weitläufig und luxuriös wie es erscheint. W-LAN ist stark, allerdings nur im Wohnbereich. In allen weiteren Räumen sowie auf der Dachterasse kein W-LAN vorhanden. Mein persönliches Pech war, dass die Nachbarn über den gesamten Aufenthalt ihren Teil der Dachterasse mit neuem Sichtschutz und einer Überdachung erneuerten, sodass meine Privatsphäre stark eingeschränkt war. Nun, aber dies wird sicherlich zukünftig kein Problem mehr darstellen. Insgesamt empfand ich das Gebäude recht hellhörig.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était parfaitement conforme aux photos, avec une cuisine très bien équipée. La terrasse privative sur le toit offre un panorama magnifique, ce qui est un vrai plus. Très bonne communication. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

The aircon was good and needed during our stay. There was a BBQ for use on the roof top. There's a dishwasher and washing machine for use also. All cutely and plates are there. There's a cooker kettle and toaster. Fridge and freezer too. All towels and bed linen also. So these are all good points.

The bathroom is small and the sink even smaller! We requested an early check-in 1300 not 1600 but a fee was requested for this which we declined because if the apartment can be made ready for a fee then why not just make it ready? There was no one in the apartment the day before as it was available on the website.
