Perfect location. Better than expected.

It´s a great appartment with a balcony with view to ocean. All is nicely decorated and working well. Very comfortable. Its an older appartment building but the appartment itself is renovated. Parking is handy too.

Nothing. It is now a holiday rental. In the building are residents living. But all is well arranged.

Das Appartement war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt in Kapstadt. Die Lage ist zentral und doch ruhig, mit dem Meer vor der Haustür und einer wunderschönen Promenade. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Für das Auto gibt es einen eigenen Stellplatz oder auch kostenfreie Parkplätze vor der Tür. Das Appartement ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Danke auch für die Aufmerksamkeiten des Gastgebers. Der CheckIn war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation perfekt. Wir haben uns zu 100 % wohl gefühlt.

Nothing, was fantastic

Location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Mouille Point. The apartment is spotless and feels newly renovated with excellent finishes throughout. All the appliances are top-end, and the linen was immaculate. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches of wine and chocolates
