La posizione rispetto alla città era ottima. Ben collegata al mare, a qualsiasi servizio come ristoranti o supermercati. Non è possibile parcheggiare nella via, ma a 5 minuti a piedi ci sono diversi parcheggi vicino al porto

La pulizia poteva essere curata maggiormente.
