The owner was very helpful and polite, replied almost instantly and was very patient. Almost everything was provided and the rest we bought from bilabila store downstairs.

"Pleasant for stay , most important is cleanliness up to acceptable expectation. Quite, Location"

The cleanliness of the studio apartment as clean as before my previous stay , up to expectation.
Additional note is keep less utility equipments (buckets, mop, racks .....stuffs for cleaning etc) at toilet ,balcony, front gate foyer will be even more pleasant.
