The check in was good and the staff was helpful enough. the location was nice.

The rooms were not so clean neither were well maintained. We were also not provided any toiletries and other things even after a reminder. The balcony was so dirty

There was only open and road parking available wherein I was charged extra for the same. No room service available - you have to visit the reception to get anything. No cleaning done in the 4 nights of my stay and even after complaining it was not done. Cokroaches all around and lift not working.
