Hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti lähellä rantoja ja liikuntapuiston vieressä. Ravintolat ja supermarketit silti nurkan takana. Vartin bussimatka kaupunkiin. Siisti huoneisto kolmella makuuhuoneella ja pieni oma piha omassa rauhassa.
