Spacious 3BR in Tropicana 218 at Central Location & Food Hunt Friendly

Great flat, well equipped and perfect for our mixed group of 5 adults. Building is amazing, pool on 11th floor. butler.com arranged everything after booking with Booking.com. Seamless experience, from detailed instructions for getting into the flat to using all facilities in the flat and the building. Cannot recommend highly enough. Really excellent place to stay.

Location is good, easy to get around for food and shopping.

There’s not enough of utensils, cups and plates for the group. Limited toiletries provided. Limited power point in kitchen.

Spacious apartment. Accommodated 7 people comfortably. Communication with management of the unit was excellent. All-in-all it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location is a little away (+/-3km) from the Heritage zone but that was my fault for not noticing. A few small omissions and irritants - the Aircon didn't work properly in one room, the bidet hose was broken- stopped me rating the apartment higher, although TBF the management were very quick and efficient in dealing with problems. There's no wardrobes in either of the smaller bedrooms which, while not a great problem, was another irritant. Although most people will eat out in Penang, the apartment definitely needs more kitchenware. Could also do with having more than one towel per person.

The hidden cleaning fees. I paid 23% more than expected because of the hidden cleaning fees. The only thing I can see on my booking is “you may be charges fees”. The host reacted by telling me that they add the fees on every booking so i had to reach Booking to complain… quite a disappointing, they don’t really concern about the situation

The nearest to Georgetown food and easy to checkin and checkout Transport is great with grab n walking The host for making our stay welcome answering to our inquiries as prompt as they could Made us feel at home with a great view

Most are in our 70 ( old lah) found beds too low Otherwise we were happy with where we were in Penang
