I was greeted by a “self check” machine with mystery man in monitor. 3 managers did come to help me check in

The bathroom had no fan. You had to open the door to be able to shower due to it being so small and already being humid. The room was super humid. It smelled really musty. The carpet was very dirty. My feet stuck to it when I walked on it. There were no staff present at check in or any time. You had to do everything on a computer screen video chat. They couldn’t understand what I was saying and that was frustrating. The credit card machine didn’t work at check in.

The mattress was comfortable

This place needs a major overhaul. There was stale muffins, bread and beat up apples left at the breakfast bar, no milk for the cereal. The place reeked of strong carpet deodorizer. Dirty front door, dirty unvaccumed carpet in the hallways. Chipped and missing paint in the room. I could go on and on but like I said this place needs a major overhaul.

Location works really well, when traveling. Food, shops, highway access all close by.

Walls were dirty. Bed could have been more comfortable. Worked for the last minute over night stay.

I loved the room , best refrigerator with actual top freezer , peaceful and breakfast was sufficient

Liked that it was near the hospital that I was traveling to the area for. It was also near a gym and breakfast chain store. The room was larger size than I thought it would be, which was a nice surprise!

I got a room close to the front entrance, so very loud in the early mornings and late at night, making it difficult to sleep. Near a highway, so many loud noises that make it difficult to sleep at night. Because dogs are allowed, the entrance near the door also made it challenging to sleep because they would bark as they entered the building. Very bad wifi signal!!
