It has a nice swimming pool to swim in, even though it’s not super clean, basic gym, the room was big and the bed solid.

Horrible customer service. I left my key inside the room and even though I contacted the host at midday, she didn’t reply in the whole day. I went back to the accommodation by night and the guy who was there told me there is no second key and he cannot do anything to open me the door. There was no emergency number or anything, so I was left out like a street dog, it was humiliating honestly. The host proposed to give me a free night in exchange of my silence but I didn’t accept it and I am writing what happened. Apart from that, the room had a pool in the balcony which was disgustingly dirty and also by night, there was an annoying sound of the water pumping machine. The place has potential, but with that management is a no go!

Tudo em geral estava bem , a anfitrião foi muito disponível sempre e tinha alguém na receção 24h para ajudar , as instalações eram muito boas com piscina ginásio e spa a funcionarem muito bem e com pouca gente !tinha restaurantes , farmácia e supermercado ao lado e um espaço para alugar bicicletas motos etc!

O quarto poderia ter mais luz !

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, near the main roads. Amazing value for the price, has everything you need, a small kitchen, full bathroom, backyard patio space for a really good price. The wifi worked very well for working and video calls. It felt cozy, clean, comfortable. Hostess was very kind and accommodating by message. Smooth self check in. I extended 3 more nights because I was so comfortable

The space could use more brightness. I would have appreciated a mosquito net door for the back patio so I could open the door and air out the apartment without worrying about mosquitos coming in.

The studio and the building it’s in were lovely. The kitchenette is basic but functional. There was no pot when we arrived but we requested one and it was dropped off the next morning. The building facilities were great, we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi & steam room (unfortunately the sauna was out of order when we were there. The building and neighbourhood were very quiet and peaceful (which was what we wanted) and a short walk to two big supermarkets, as well as cat hire right on the corner, which was very convenient. Check in process was smooth and host allowed us to check in a little bit early. The bed was super comfortable and a/c worked well (if a little too well!) Overall, really enjoyed and score would be much higher if it weren’t for issues we had.

Communication was a bit erratic. Some messages are obviously automated, which is completely fine but check in instructions weren’t sent until we were literally on our way (and signal can be patchy so we were a little concerned). Would’ve preferred to receive at least a day in advance. The major issue we had was that the host informed us right before our stay (day of I believe) that the tv was being repaired and wouldn’t be there for check in. She assured us it would be ready the following day. However, after a few days of chasing and repeatedly being told it wasn’t ready, we gave up asking as it was becoming a chore, and had no tv for the duration of our stay we had specifically booked accommodation with a tv as this was a longer stay. The host offered no solution or even updates without being asked. In fact, she messaged us after our stay to say she hoped it wouldn’t affect her score, which I found pretty unprofessional.
