Not clean enough

The location and and the pool was nice. And most importantly the room was cozy and comfortable ngl

No balcony and the washing machine was not there in the laundry room there was just drying machines.

Great staff and location. Gym was small but had enough equipment for a full workout; 2 spin bikes, 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, free weights etc.Rooms are on the small side without a chair ( just a beanbag chair) but good enough for the price. Bed was too hard so we asked for a mattress topper which helped a lot. Breakfast is small takeaway, mostly Thai food but free americano and lattes helped! Overall, great value and staff.

Les 3 bâtiments différents font que nous devons sortir pour la piscine par exemple. Les autres vacanciers fumaient de la weed à la piscine à la vue du personnel.

Really friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom.

Would be lovely to have a table/proper chair in the room. More seating in the shade at the pool!

Disappointing Stay at Cosi Krabi Ao Nang Beach I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent stay at Cosi Krabi Ao Nang Beach was unacceptable. We booked three rooms for two nights, and from the start, the experience was far below basic hospitality standards. - Cleanliness: Two rooms had sheets with red and yellow stains that looked fresh, forcing us to request replacements. Bathrooms across all rooms smelled unpleasant, and amenities were nonexistent, only shower gel and toilet paper were provided. - Maintenance: One double room had a water leakage from the bathing area into the toilet, accompanied by a strong sewer odor. - Housekeeping: Rooms were not cleaned during our stay. Staff attempted service at 6:00 pm, when we had already returned from tours and were showering. - Service: We were given the wrong checkout time at check-in. On departure day, staff knocked on our door an hour earlier than expected, and the front desk simply dismissed it as “misinformation from the night shift.”
