The cleanliness and the staff were courteous.The location is accessible to malls and transportation.

The advertisement above of 2 bedroom was a deception because when I arrived it turned out to be 1 bedroom.The internet was a disappointment.

Everything was not the same as advertising

-The host was very responsive (really prompt with messages, and when I reported the vent issue, they took action immediately, which I really appreciated). -Check-in was on time. -Check-out was also hassle-free. We had a little trouble with our garbage because we didn't know where to put it all. It was difficult for us to bring it downstairs since we had multiple pieces of luggage, so we just left it there. We appreciate their understanding about that. -Towels were available, which we really liked since some places don't provide them. -The bathroom was clean—no issues at all. -The guards and receptionist were very nice.

- SLOW WIFI (can't even work properly bec of this slow connectivity) - Cockroaches everywhere (I've seen some reviews about this already but it seems they are not doing something about it bec we still experienced it when we were there, which is crazy) - Small bed - Dirty entrance -The noise was very loud because it's right behind EDSA, which they transparently mentioned in the information. However, I didn't expect the loudness to be so extreme when I was actually there. I know this isn't for the host anymore, but the elevator was a real hassle because it took so long to arrive. I think they need to fix it because it's not as modern as the elevators we've experienced in other BnBs. It took about 20 minutes to get to our floor, and we were on the 19th! So, so inconvenient.

The host is very approachable and helpful with whatever we needed. The property’s location is convenient. Building security is good too.

There are small cockroaches in the mini living room but most especially in the kitchen area.

The property itself was good for us. All necessities needed for comfortable stay. Full bathroom up and downstairs. Air conditioning worked well. We really liked the location just a short walk over the walkway to the mall where they had restaurants and a supermarket. There at the walkway was the MRT local transportation it accommodated our needs. Security at entrance so only residents and guests allowed

The beds are only single bed but comfortable. There was a slight roach problem but not where it wasn’t tolerable

Bedding and Comfort: The bedding was great—very comfortable and reminiscent of IKEA quality, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space nice and cool. One suggestion for improvement would be to replace the existing bed in one of the rooms with a twin daybed that has a pop-up trundle. This would convert the twin bed into a full bed, ensuring no guests have to sleep on the floor. Kitchen and Amenities: The kitchen was well-equipped, although the oil bottle was empty. The washing machine/dryer combo was a fantastic feature, but it would have been nice to have laundry supplies and a laundry basket available for convenience. To address the roach issue, we had to store the plates we regularly used in the refrigerator to avoid any unwanted crawling. It might be helpful for the host to provide a dish drying rack with a lid to keep the roaches out. The host mentioned that the roach problem was due to renovations in other units, which was understandable but still a concern. Local Market: There’s a little market across from the Sierra Madre entrance where you can buy fresh vegetables, eggs, fruit, oil, and other essentials. This was very convenient for picking up supplies during my stay! Location: On the bright side, the location is excellent! It’s just a 10 minutes to Glorietta Mall and about 20 minutes to Resorts World via Grab, making it convenient for shopping and entertainment. Overall: Despite the challenges with cleanliness, noise, and internet issues, the host’s responsiveness and the great location were definite highlights. With some improvements, including the suggested bed upgrade, adding a laundry basket, and addressing the roach issue, this could be a fantastic place to stay. I would consider returning for another visit!

Bathroom Details: The upstairs bathroom didn’t have a heater, but this was minor since the downstairs bathroom had one. However, the shower space was quite small, making it a bit inconvenient. A semi-circle shower rod could potentially improve the space. Internet Problems: The Wi-Fi shut down shortly after I checked in on September 20. While the host was very responsive and offered an alternative solution by providing access to another unit, I decided to use the internet elsewhere. I really appreciated the trust the host showed in addressing this issue. Noise Levels: There was also quite a bit of noise from neighbors, with loud karaoke and conversations in the hallways. This made it challenging to relax at times, especially in the evenings. Unwanted Visitors: At one point, a group of people knocked on my door conducting a census/survey about whether the unit was an Airbnb. This made me feel a bit unsafe. However, the host quickly assured me that there are CCTV cameras in the building, which helped ease my concerns. I appreciated that they promptly reported it to security. Check-In/Check-Out Experience: We arrived after an international flight, which made a smooth check-in process even more important. Unfortunately, the front desk and security guard were not very accommodating during both check-in and check-out, which was a minor downside.

The place is clean & comfortable. What you see from the app is what you get. Great value for money spent. I will surely recommend it to my friends & relatives.

No city view but it's okay coz we're out for the whole day.
