The location was conveniently located near the train station, tourist information and walking to the pottery village. Kenta, the owner, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. When we arrived he had a map prepared with various restaurant options and times of opening. He did far more than he needed for his guests and helped us to access places we wanted to visit. He also arranged for us to see Kagura - a must see performance!

Despite the well-equipped kitchen, table knives and a toaster would have been useful.

Excellent location. Lovely old building restored. Wonderfully helpful owner. Peaceful. Had a bar downstairs! Bikes available.

For the price, no food or complementary tea/coffee offered was a surprise.
