The host informed us a day before the stay that our room is not available, they let other people stay even if they confirmed it online ahead of time. To be fair they provided us an alternative room but they let us check out before 11am and have to wait for another 3hrs before our actual room will be available, which we also paid already. They even asked us to pay an additional 400ph for early check in for our temporary room not thinking about the lost hours we had should they have let us use our actual room in the first place. They are also rushing us to leave our temporary room even on our actual room, early in the morning we saw they had put all the replacements sheets and bed cover on front of our door, so insensitive that we are still hours away from our actual check out. They even sent us a message asking if we will leave early. By the way, pillows were also dirty they did not even chnaged it before they let us use the room.

The Location. Walking Distance to SM, Burnham park, Session road and Cathedral. Strong water pressure on the CR. Clean and Complete kitchen amenities. The Balcony view is worth it. Always finding myself drinking coffee there. The Room itself is clean. We've booked it before a Year ago. Surprise to say it is still well maintained until now.

CR Exhaust is Not working, Blankets cannot fight off the cold and are too small. Bed is a hard fit for Two person. I suggest Upgrading the bed in the near future and use of Comforter blankets for guests.

Great location and exactly as described. Host had the foresight to alert me about an upcoming brown out.

couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The condo is situated in a very accessible area, close to session road, sm,cathedral and burnham park. The unit itself is clean, well-maintained and very cozy. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended! 💯
