Its proximity to session road/shopping areas is a plus. Quite easy to catch a puj (taxi/minibus/jeepney). The room was wide enough for two people to move around and it was clean when we got there.

A day's worth of toiletries or even just a roll of toilet paper would have been greatly appreciated. We arrived in the middle of the night, exhausted from the long flight to the Philippines and long bus ride from Manila, and there wasnt any toiletries so we had to go out and buy some (fortunately the convenient store near the cathedral was open). The bed was quite small; my partner could have used the sofa bed but there was just a thin small blanket ready to use and it got chilly early in the morning. We found the duvets in the closet but they didnt seem clean and didn't have covers. Also, the reception/guard doesn't store luggages. If you need to store luggages before checkin or after checking out, you can use the cafe next door but have to pay fees by the hour (min of Php50 for 4 pcs)

shower has no heater, no toiletries, strong scent of fabric conditioner with the blankets which triggered my asthma, the floor aisle was clean, but under the bed was very dusty, suggesting it hadn't been thoroughly mopped/swept, number of blankets and towels was not exactly provided during the first night. Also, there was no “bedroom” since it’s a studio type condo which was kinda misleading.

Location is near the bus station - which is great. Getting the keys to check in is easy.

I was not able to check but there were NO toiletries - no soap, shampoo, tissue paper. There was only one blanket provided. When I tried to ask for a late check out, I was allowed to stay until 1pm but they will charge us for extra 2 hours (take note, we checked in at 1145pm). When I said check out is until 1130am they advised it was at 11am until I told them that the check out indicated in booking.com is 11 to 1130am. We checked out at 1130am and just hang out at a nearby coffee shop instead.
