Spacious CBD 3BR- Walk to Parakiore Recreation Center,CBD, Hosp, & Oval

The apartment was very clean. It was also very well situated to everywhere we needed to go while we were in Christchurch.

We stayed in this 3 storey townhouse for 2 nights. It has a master bedroom and ensuite in the top floor next to a small room with just a queen bed in it, then the middle floor has a very large bedroom and large separate bathroom. The beds were comfy and the location was great for everything. The lounge definitely needs a coffee table in front of the 2 sofas as there’s nowhere to put a drink except directly onto the carpet! The kitchen was very well equipped. The property is also very quiet. There are two flights of stairs in this house but this did not bother us as we’re all fit.

The small 3rd bedroom on the top floor only has a bed and wardrobe in it and no access to the bathroom on that floor except through the master bedroom. You can’t change the layout of course but that bedroom could be easily improved with a bedside table, bedside lamp, a mirror and access to a power socket near the bed.

Walking distance to the cbd. Accessible parking. Large warm home, Great for a family group.

Lack of tea options (but coffee pods were supplied)

Very nice apartment, clean, tidy, complete facilities, very strategic location close to the city center.

The accommodation was such great value for money. Amenities were great! Great location. Walking distance to some cafes and restaurants.
