Please note that the Palm Double and Standard Double Rooms cannot accommodate extra beds. The maximum occupancy of 2 people, whether adult, child or infant, is strictly adhered to for the Palm Double and Standard Double Room. The maximum number of extra beds in the Ocean Signature Suite and Superior Deluxe Suite is 1 adult bed or 2 children’s beds. Children 3 years of age and under stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs. Children from 4 to 11 years of age are charged USD 58 (incl. taxes) per person per night for extra beds. Children 12 years of age and older and adults are charged the adult rate of USD 89 (incl. taxes) per night for extra beds. New Year's Eve Gala - there is a compulsory supplement for all guests staying at the property for New Year's Eve (31st December): USD 165 (incl. taxes) per adult USD 79 (incl. taxes) per child (under 12 years) no charge for infants under 3 years The Gala evening includes a celebratory 3 course meal, DJ and fireworks. The supplement payment will be taken at the same time as the accommodations payment Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in. "Nice Property - but expensive considering facilities"

When you could find staff they were always smiling and friendly. It is beach front, which is nice but views were blocked by trees (in Ocean Suite).

Restaurant/Bar facilities are minimal - most times we were having to find staff to serve us, as he had to serve multiple people including room service. Cannot swim at beach in front of hotel

"A relaxing stay in a stunning place. We truly loved it"

The views Our spacious seafront villa The bed was so comfortable The staff were very nice, excellent service Great massage in the spa Food was sensational- really good The seafront restaurant/ bar - such a nice location The big warm pool The sunset lagoon trip that the hotel organised for us We all agreed us was the nicest place we stayed during our holiday (we travelled around quite a lot)

You couldn’t walk out into the beach as the tide comes right up - it was a bit dangerous if you tried therefore you couldn’t swim in the sea as it’s very rocky The hotel payment gateway that they used charged me 5% and so we ended up paying an additional 375€ more than we had been quoted on booking.com. I can’t seem to speak to anyone at booking.com about this and the hotel were not bothered either. The hotel is expensive for the area so this extra payment stung a little You are not directly in mirissa and so you have to always get a Tuk Tuk or walk but the road is chaotic and dangerous so walking isn’t really an option.

The staff were incredible. It was in such a beautiful setting and immaculately clean. We couldn’t have wished for more and it was a very special place to spend our Christmas. Thank you !

"Perfect honeymoon spot"

PERFECT location for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it. Stayed for a week and it could not have been more perfect. Amazing food, staff were amazing, location is so romantic. Would really really recommend.

"The best hotel in Mirissa period."

It was absolutely fantastic very hard to find a hotel in Mirissa which actually looks like the actual pictures. This was the one to be at.
