LUXE 702 MGM Signature with Balcony

I've stayed at MGM Signature several times before. It's a lovely property and a great location.

The listing said it had a king bed, a twin BED, and queen sofa. When we got there the twin BED was a ratty foam futon that's seen better days, and the pull out sofa was broken. Leg support snapped off. When we called immediately to report it, the response back from the owner/host was extremely disappointing. No offer of a solution for that issue whatsoever. No apology for the massive inconvenience that created either. Ended up having to prop the bed up on a footstool in order to use it.

I liked the convenience of being next to MGM. The room was nicely decorated. Close to the airport. Great staff.

The carpet was old.

Location and room was more than we expected, and with a great price!

The hotel was nice

I was charged an additional $260 when I arrived even tho I had made and paid for my reservation a month prior to staying I was told the price changed and I was under charged when I made my reservation I have never been charged more than what I reserved a room for This was not a charge or hold for incidentals as I also had a hold placed on $300 for incidentals

Property was good and not too far off the strip. I liked that it was connected to MGM via covered walkway.

Late check-in wasn't ideal for our early arrival flight, but we were able to check bags so we could walk around until the room was ready.
