-location - close to the beach, bus stop literally on the doorstep -good contact with host and person receiving me in the flat (she speaks only Spanish though) -flexible check in and out times

-4th floor with no elevator -ants in the flat -bed was not that comfortable -no hair dryer -quite loud street + costruction in front of the building
