Close to subway station . Provide pocket WiFi and cold and hot water.

U canot complain anything although it may be better with adding storage room in each room because the host provides a lot of stuff, esp. pocket WiFi.

Great location and surprisingly roomy. Each room has its own temperature control. The host really has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable for people visiting from other countries.

The plumbing is old school and does not allow tissue to be flushed in toilets.

Location was 10/10 perfect. Easy to walk to hongdae and to get to the train station to access other parts of Seoul.

This house can probably only comfortably fit 6 individuals. There are enough beds for 9 individuals but it is very very cramped. The staris to the rooftop is very dangerous. The flooring of the house is hazardous alongside with the staircase in the house. The house felt unfinished.

房子位置很好，离地铁口很近，去哪里都很方便，周围吃饭和逛的地方也很多。房间里东西准备齐全，特别方便，会推荐给朋友。

设施很齐全，屋子也很干净

住宿地址位於弘大六號出口約走3～5分鐘即可抵達，附近吃的都還不錯且有兩家很近的超商。共4間房2間衛浴1廚房2客廳（分別2樓及4樓），房東會幫忙叫外送，一切都很不錯，下次會再入住。

2樓連接3後樓梯希望可以在加強一些，大人是還好，小孩爬的話會稍微擔心。

It’s not our first time staying at HAN HOUSE, the house is really nice and big, and there’s space for everyone when traveling with a big company. I truly recommend it!

We booked Han’s property with 17pax (adults and kids) for a Christmas vacation in Seoul. We love this property and there are couple of reasons: 1. The host: Han is a very responsive, patient, thoughtful, and very helpful indeed. She made sure that the property is clean, complete with everything we need. She even included non-slip in the toilets because we have kids and a senior travelling with us. She even asissted us to call and talk to our driver who doesn’t speak English so he can locate us for pick-up. She event sent us sandwiches on our first day bfast as she knew that we’ll have an early tour the next day. She’s an amazing host. 2. The Location: It is 1-2 minutes walk from the mrt station (Hongik Univ station exit 6). There are coffee shops and chain of restaurants in front of the property. There are 2 convenience stores 1-2mins walk as well. It is very centrally located. Everything we need is about 1-5mins walk. The famous Granhand perfume is just right in front of the property, the famous Salt bread is just about 10mins walk. Whenever we book Uber or Ktaxi, we type Hey Jude (cafe) or Granhand and we are picked up immediately. The location is percect. 3. The property: Han’s house is able to accomodate all the 17 of us without any issue in space or feeling too cramped. It is a decent space and just good for us dine in 2 shifts. The kids enjoyed the 3rd floor with an open space and a tent. Thought it was too cold during the winter, the 3rd floor has an intimate space with heater as well so they love lounging in that area. There is 2 washroom to bathe, and 3 toilets to use. All of us have a comfortable sleep, 2 pax per bed and we still have a good amount of space to move. 4. The instructions: All very clear, detailed, with images for east understanding, and all your questions are answered. Sometimes, Han will respond to us in Korean and we can translate it and everything is understood. Everything flows smoothly.

None honestly. We love everything about the property. My daughter even cried when we got back to Singapore and she missed Han’s house.

The property was walking distance to Hongdae street. The house was clean when we got there. Everything we needed was provided. It was an excellent place to stay for a week. The bathrooms were spacious and big compared to other Seoul places I stayed at. The beds were comfortable. The personal washer and dryer were a plus. It was also super close to convenience stores like GS25 and 7-11.
