ZAVery central. Good value for money.
The bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Also, very hot summer, a fan would have been much appreciated. The enamel in the bath is peeling off, so you are covered in with flakes after you finish bathing.
ZAI didn't sleep at that dirty place, instead I have requested to cancel my booking with the owner and referee me to you and you did cancel it, now I'm suprised you send this survey

ZAThe apartment is very spacious and clean. All facilities that we needed were provided.
I think the bathtub needs a little fixing because the white material that comes off the tub stick to the skin when one is bathing. One pillow case and one towel wasn't clean. The bed is also uneven or unstable, the other side seems to be falling off than the other one.

AELocation is good, close to everything. But location is also not good as Long Street was very noisy; cars and motorcycles revving up their engines were disruptive. Grant and Denise were very helpful.
There was no showerrrrrr 😩. Not all people use bath tubs. I hate bathtubs as one sits in his/her own filth. Especially after being outside the house the whole day touring the city, taking public transport etc, I could never ever sit in a bathtub and think I could clean myself (and my son who is twice as dirty as I was as he walks barefoot) with water that is full of human oil, sweat, germs and grime from outside. We ended up using a bucket and a jug. We shower every single night but with the lack of a shower head, it reduced the enjoyment of staying in the apartment. Pity as the unit is pretty and spacious.
ZAWell just a issue the door lock needs to be fixed. The key got stuck. The lady that checked us in also had a problem getting the key out
