I liked the place as it was very comfortable with an awesome view of the Mediterranean sea. It's a good value for the money. The apartment was also very clean.

Amazing view. Apartment was clean. Reasonable price & well deserved. Owner & their Representatives are decent & very polite. Smooth checkin & smooth checkout. Under the building beside the main entrance there is a smiling & kind lady who is selling the best sweet potatoes ever.

No parking for car, difficult to find a near by parking. Very small elevator (2 persons max 3 but stuck) with a very tight access corridor to it. Dangerous elevator (no inner door) & cannot be skipped by using stairs as the apartment is on the 14th floor. Water heater not working (only lighting up) no hot water at property. Plumbing fixtures are loose and fall apart in guest washroom. Apartment door had no lock cylinder (was removed leaving its place empty) so you have to use the extra security lock on top of door to close the door using its key, leading to a wiggling & unsecured door. No soap provided.

Wonderful view! Nice balcony! Big and beautiful apartment, very comfortable. Pretty style.

Fan did not work. On Sunday morning was no water till 11 am. Key from main entrance did not work, can not go out early morning.

Beautiful very spacious modern appartement (for Egyptian standards). Very good communication with the owner(s) and miss Noga, the very nice cleaninglady. It is very clean:). Beautiful view from the big balcony and close to many (organized) beaches. You find everything you need downstairs, shops food souq etc.

The place was fully equipped with all necessary appliances, it was very clean. Mrs Noga was always on time and vey helpful

The lights were off for almost 3 hours every and the flat was on the 14th floor which made it difficult to move up or down. Moreover, there was no janitor in the building which was too risky if any thing happened to the elevator

The view is so beautiful and the people there is very friendly and welcoming really thanks alot especially for Noga wishing to repeat it soon 😍😍
