"Not worth the Money! Especially for long term stays."

It was a nice property but it wasn’t set up for long term stay and Amelia was very nice.

My reservation was for a month and I was mortified when I arrived and the apartment was filthy. This property wasn’t cheap and I was very disappointed. I am a full time traveler and I have travelled to 15 countries and 24 some properties in past year and this was the dirtiest and worst service. The dishes were dirty, the couch and pillows had mysterious stains that looked like poop and food on them. When I contacted them with this issue, they said they couldn’t do anything about it without the permission of the owner to clean the property and wash the couch and pillow cover. And it sounded like the owner did not want to approve the cleaning that needed to be done until I threatened that I wanted to file a complaint and cancel. Same thing happened when the kitchen sink was clogged and I couldn’t fix it myself with a plunger. They told me after a week, while I was doing dishes in the bathroom, that they couldn’t fix it and there’s nothing they could do. I told them I wanted to file a complaint and asked for some refund and within 2 hours they sent a plumber. I assume that it was the owner who wouldn’t approve this service call.

It was clean and view was nice. For short trip works fine for us.

There was not close by place where to leave all thrash, only for bio organic and cartoon was close, rest are far away. I would also like to have a little more different type of dishes, like few wine glasses and bowls for cereals. Also hot water boiler works only if you ask enough warm water, so if you don’t like really hot showers you need put another tap run hot water otherwise it didn’t give hot water at all. Also stove needs matches or lighter, so would nice to have working ones ready there. There was lighter and few matches but did not work, so I needed to go buy new ones before I could cook. Also would be good mention if parking is super difficult in that area like it is, rare free parking spots around.
