At the casino, free parking

Found a pubic hair in my to go coffee cup and glass doors in bathroom were very dirty . Windows were smudged with fingerprints . For the expense of what you pay for…could be better

Location is great. Right inside of casino...Clean rooms especially bathroom. I had an accessible room for my mom and the shower was perfect.

Parking lot and elevators extremely dirty. Bathroom floor beautiful but very slippery when wet.

"Convenience did not outway cost. $50 to stay 2 extra hours was ridiculous."

Convenience of casino. Desk snd Bellhop were friendly.

1. Parking was difficult. 2. Booked two rooms which were on different floors (5 and 12). Without a room key card we could not go up to the 12th floor to check on our daughter. 4. Had to pay $50 each room for late checkout (1:00 pm) , yet housekeeping knocked on door at 9;00 snd again at 11;00 (do not disturb sign on door).
