I had a 2 day flight delay and I was by myself so I booked md live . Their website said they had a shuttle to. Airport. They did not so I had to call an Uber instead. The shuttle was a big part of why I chose to stay there. The front desk told me they hadn't had a shuttle service for several years. The website should be updated so guests do not encounter this problem.

Overall the property was beautiful

The check in was horrible and notification of room ready was non existent! I checked in around 4:30, my payment was secured, after which I was informed that my room was not ready, and I would receive a text message when it was ready. At 7:40 I returned to the front desk to inquire about my room being ready and was received with stares, as the agent on duty couldn’t believe that I never received notification. As we were talking and she was assigning me a room, the manager on duty Ms Vyera - sent the text notification at 7:43pm as she stood at the other end of the front desk! I was furious and the agent helping me was very apologetic. There was no need to send the notification if I was at the desk being assigned a room. I was however thankful for the timestamp to confirm the time that I was notified
