Boho Tiki Villa w Heated Saltwater Pool, King Beds & 6TVs

Comfortable, quiet, and clean property. The backyard was the highlight of the house. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would recommend this property.

The only issue was the back door got stuck and we couldn’t use it to access the pool. The host promptly responded to my messages but never sent anyone to fix the door. Otherwise, no complaints.

Loved the spacious bedrooms, the 3 King beds were a plus and hard to find. The backyard was amazing to hang out in the Tiki hit at night watching TV or listening to music.

For the price I thought it would be closer to the beach, there was lot of construction which took a lot longer to get there. It was listed as having a heated pool but the water was cold and there were no instructions on how to turn on the heater. This was my first time booking a vaca rental so was not sure how to ask questions about the home. Finally I went back to my emails and sent a message and the person was very responsive and helpful. Also we had gotten to town a little early and sent a message about getting in early but the code did not work until exactly 4 o’clock. It could use some updated cushions out on the outdoor furniture. They looked very old and discolored.

Not much not to like about the home is very comfortable for a family and has stores and restaurants near by

We stayed 8 people in the house and had a really great time. Nice and clean house with comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Cosmo, the host is super friendly and very helpful. The house is located close(walking distance) to shopping, cinema and a short drive to the beaches in south palm beach. The outside space is really wonderful. We spent every evening here just having a good time.
