We loved staying in this gorgeous apartment in probably the most charming street in Parma. Spacious, clean, beautifully furnished, excellent facilities, clear and easy instructions to enter and the most romantic view from the balconies. Giovanni was most helpful in suggesting local attractions and the restaurant he recommended was divine. Wish we could have stayed there longer.

Very central and good location. We did not see the staff but they were 100% attentive to our messages

Was a little difficult to find the WiFi password. We connected the staff. Would have just been better to leave the number in a visible place.

De ligging was geweldig!! Het feit dat er airco aanwezig was vonden wij ook een echt meerwaarde. We genoten enorm van Parma als stad.

In de badkamer hing er soms een geurtje.!De deur van de wasmachine sluit heel slecht waardoor het niet altijd evident was om te wassen. Het appartement was ook moeilijker te verduisteren

It was a great location, easy to find. Bright and clean with fabulous facilities. Host was super responsive too!

The location is really good right in the centre or Parma.

This apartment does not have one bedroom and a living room, as described. It should be clear from the description that the bedroom and the living room (and the two beds in them) are actually the same room, to avoid uncomfortable situations. The way the apartment is described makes it sound like these two spaces are separate. The apartment has one bedroom/living room space and the double bed and the sofa couch are facing each other with just a meter or so in between. The staircases to the apartment are a bit dark.

Location was superb. Room was comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Bannister in shared stairway needs repaired.
