The valet guys were awesome, and the room was nice

As a condo renter we didn’t like the fact that we were not allowed to have pool towels, use the game room not the media room. Not having access to the game roof really bothered my 13 yr old. These are very very petty things to an adult but to a kid that doesn’t understand it’s tough to swallow. Didn’t really care for the abundance of rundown shanty’s for our balcony view. Not fully furnished, especially in the kitchen, also expensive parking, (50$ per day).

The location was great. On arrival we were impressed with the hotel reception and decor. The pool was great too. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Having the free laundry facilities on site was a bonus.

This unit is owned separately to the hotel. The condition of the unit was a little tired and banged about. It smelled damp and musty, and there was evidence of water damage. The unit was also not as clean as we would have expected. We expected to find a toaster in the unit, but there wasn't one. This made making a quick, inexpensive breakfast difficult. We realize that the owner is not around to check on everything personally and relies on a service provider to maintain the unit. In our opinion, a coat of paint and a deep clean would make all the difference.

How clean and the ocean view and so close to everything

Parking is a bit expensive. I know it's in Waikiki but a flat rate would help

The location convenience of this room was amazing. Paul was great at communicating any time we had a question and the bed and pillows were soooooo comfortable. The pool was semi crowded because a lot of families have kiddos who like to splash, but its hawaii and spring break time so its expected.

Parking is paid valet $50 a day only and bag carts are also paid only for use. The parking was communicated ahead of time though so just a heads up but nothing against the property just a fact.
