Emerald Isle 706 - Okaloosa Island with partial Gulf View

The master bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. TV's were easy to work and the AC worked.

The place was dirty and neglected. The rug in the living room was very stained. Many things were broke-electric plugs which wouldn't hold a phone charger, kitchen cabinets missing doors, refrigerator/freezer missing shelves, the place sleeps at least 10 but only had mismatched dishes for 7. There were no drinking glasses, only bourbon type glasses. Only 2 wine glasses. The pantry closet door kept coming off the track-we finally took it off for the time we were there and put it back on before we left. The wooden stools and chairs were wobbly; one of the chairs had legs that were bending at weird angles-we hand tightened the screws. The living room couches were pretty broke down. We would not rent this again. Our relatives had much nicer accommodations for less money.

Loved the location of the place and it had a lot of room. Easy to check in and get in to the condo. We enjoyed the balconies and the view. Pool was nice and clean.

The condo could of been cleaned better and needs some updates. Needs more dishes and bed linens.

Oops...the things I disliked. The condo lacked cooking utensils such as a spatula, scissors, and cutting knives (only 2 available). The living room area rug was all stained up (needed to be replaced). The amenities were lacking a hot tub and kids pool area.

The things I liked... Condo was spacious. Very good value for the area. And the facility is on the beach! Towel supplies was very good!

Close to beach and condo had plenty of beds for everyone.

Living room couch needs replaced and rug was very dirty. Master bedroom furniture extremely dated.
