Not very tidy garden a mess

It was spacious

I didn't like all the trash when you ope the back door the shower dont have a shower head and the place was cold and couldn't turn up the heat at all. They kept I left early because Iv got to small children and the place was cold and I didn't check in till the next day of my reservation and they still kept all the money and it was there fault of me not being able to check in on new years eve night but still kept all the money. I won't be going back nor will I recommend to anyone

The outside of the house

I didn’t like it at all, it was the worst house I’ve ever stayed in my whole life. It looked like a captivity! Besides, the owner of the house did not answer any message, did not solve any of the problems that were reported in the house, broken beds, heating does not work, sofa completely dusty, trash all over the house, the cutlery in the house is shameless, dirty bathroom and so on... I still don’t understand why booking keeps this stay with so many negative reviews, I had a loss when I had to rent another space during the week because this place was unhealthy!

Very poor have reported not fit for a stay old rubbish piled high outside garden a state with broken furniture inside dirty and shower that didn't work just leaked into kitchen below

No utensils , plates etc in kitchen Bed was broken and mattress was lumpy Not very clean. Rubbish all down the side of house and passageway

It’s was dangerous, with rubbish outside, not bulb in bedroom so dark, dirty bacteria in bathroom and on shower curtain , beds and pillows unsuitable to sleep on. All very shoddy nothing like photos. Left after one night couldn’t stay there

Finding the property was easy and that was the only good thing.

The property was very dirty. The kitchen light flickered and is a health hazard for anyone with epilepsy. The house is full of spider webs. There is mouse dropping in the living room. The bed sheets are very dirty and not changed. Beds were remade with old sheets.

The location is good. short drive (less than 20min) to dining or grocery places. Quiet neighborhood. Living room is good size with separate area for some pool games. The washing machine and dryer was working wonderfully.

The lights in the living room needs to be brighter. The lighting is probably too "romantic" for us. It was challenging to unlock and lock the main door. Probably misalignment issue. The bedroom handle for one of the room broke, locking family members inside that room and the rest of us outside of the house. Alerted the host and was told they could get someone down as fast as they could with keys but no estimation when they could come. In the end, we managed to get our 4 year-old to open a window for an adult to climb in. No one came down to fix it during the stay. Very stuffy and warm at times. There's only 1 fan we could use to ventilate the 3 rooms on the upper floor. Didn't really help even when we open the windows as the windows on the upper floor could not be opened more than 10cm. Even though it was advertised that we could park a vehicle in front of the house but given the concrete divider in the middle of the road, leaving only 1 lane space and a lamppost beside, it would be challenging to turn in and park the vehicle. Suggest to park at the minor road 100m away.

The personal was happy to help when we asked for a fan or when we noticed the washing machine don't work.

The pictures are not like the reality. The house was like that time ago but now is really deteriorated. The mattress are terrible, the sofa was sunk and the weeds in both gardens were around one metre tall. So the garden couldn't be used.
