"Quiet accommodation in a residential area of the city"

A 70-80's style apartment located on the second floor of a multi-apartment building. Some interior items and details are neat and interesting. Quiet, peaceful area. Warm apartment.

The size and placement of the bed in the room are unsuitable and uncomfortable for two people. The second bed linen set did not give the impression of being ironed. Very loud ventilation operation in the bathroom. Very strict apartment usage rules; I would suggest rephrasing them in a different manner. The area around the building is not maintained to be suitable for picnics or other outdoor activities as indicated (terrace, garden, BBQ, etc).

We were looking for quiet place outside the town, this was meeting our needs. Nicely renovated apartment in the house that needs updating. Coded entrance, good instructions. Warm and nice place.
