when trust is compromised, I find it difficult to notice the positive aspects.

at check-in, they pretended payment even though I had already paid online. it was my first time in Cambodia, in the evening after a nightmare journey, no internet connection...eventually I accepted to pay again. I tried several times, using both google pay and apple pay, but the transactions failed. so I had to pay in cash and they didn't give me a receipt. the following day I succesfully paid with my phone in three different nearby shops...what do you deduce?

I was delayed with my flight and the staff gave a simple welcome contact option to be able to contact them even though it was 1am in the morning and I was still able to make sure I was able to to check in. 5 stars from me .
