La ubicación del piso es muy buena, cerca del centro. La distribución interior: habitaciones, número de baños, etc., es buena y las instalaciones también son buenas, pues tiene cocina completa y climatización en todas las habitaciones.

La limpieza y el mantenimiento son malos. Las zonas comunes estaban muy sucias. El piso no estaba barrido ni fregado, los armarios y el frigorífico olían rancio, había lámparas y grifos sueltos, y muebles rotos: escalera de la litera y sofá cama. Faltaban almohadas y ropa de cama para el sofá cama y dejaron toallas solamente para dos personas, pese a que la reserva era para diez. El dormitorio de las literas está comunicado mediante una puerta industrial, mal aislada acústicamente, con otra vivienda turística contigua, en la que unos chavales jóvenes formaron mucho ruido, no dejando descansar a dos niños que dormían allí hasta las 02:00 AM. La comunicación con el anfitrión es muy lenta, pues atendieron parcialmente mis peticiones, tardando unas 3 horas en contestar.

Pas de confort et pas bien entretenu. Lavabos et robinets décollés et cassés, poignées des portes de toilettes et de douches sont complètement cassées et pas utilisables, canapé sale et cassé au milieu, quelques télécommandes de climatisation non fonctionnelles

Very good location!!! Big rooms (4), two small bathrooms, but still, the showers where quite big and lots of warm water.

The handles to both bathroomdoors where broke, so impossible to close the doors.

The location right in the centre of the city with affordable price. The instruction from host is very clear.

Maybe need some improvement like maintenance and providing basic things like coffee and tea.

I HAVE BEEN A BOOKING CLIENTE WITH GENIUS 3 STATUS SINCE 2016 WITH 72 RESERVATIONS IN HISTORY THROUGH BOOKING ALONE, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT, BECAUSE OF THE HOST I DIDN'T GET IN THE APARTMENT, I DIDN'T USE IT FOR 2 DAYS AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED A LAWYER IN BRAZIL TO TAKE IT TO FOR MY MONEY REFUND AND COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES, I booked this apartament 6 months in advance, paid 630 euros, informed that I would arrive at the apartment at 23:00 and that it was approved by the host, and at the scheduled time I was there, but they did not send me any information on how to get into the apartment. I was with the whole family (9 person), with children and elderly people, it was very cold outside, and we had no way to get in, I called the host several times, he didn't answer once. Luckily we found another hotel, and the next day he also didn't answer any calls and on the last day of reservation, let's be clear, on the day that I was supposed to leave the apartment that I hadn't even entered, he send me text via whatsapp on how to get in the apartment. Even tough, there would be no way anyway, because to get the key you had to get inside the building, which had the external door locked. The host literally wanted me to walk through the wall. I think he thought I was Kitty Pride from X-Men. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.
