I didn’t even enter the property the owner kicked us out claiming that we were 6 and we were only 2 as well as cursing us , you guys told me that there wil be a full refund I didn’t receive any refunds at all , plus telling me that you will call me updating me on this miserable situation and no one did in fact you ignored my request on having my right as a consumer , no one replies to mails and when I call you guys say it will take 2 more days and nothing happened I need someone to reply to me urgently as this is unrespectful your customers
