Groovy M2 R3 - Amazing Double Room with En-suite Bathroom

Good location, clean and easy.

Everything was good

great location and size, good price, perfect for a quick break

there was a pervasive damp smell but the weather was good so we had the windows open to air it all the time, but would worry during cold periods

Room was spacious and new, had all the facilities (kitchen, iron, washer, hairdryer) in the shared living space. We had a private bathroom which was big and clean

Nice location, gave us plenty of towels, let us check in a bit earlier, good shower, nice vanity to get ready beside, there was a heater inside the room that you can adjust

Extremely poor sound isolation, we could hear some kids playing very loudly upstairs, mattress wasnt the most comfortable for me because it was so soft and deep, but its a preference. Lights in the bathroom flicker

The stay was really pleasant. We had booked the room with private bath and shower and it met our expectations. Tiny room but complete: Bed, bedside tables, closet, coffee table and the bathroom with a really nice, spacious and clean shower. I really appreciated finding a good hair dryer and especially the kindness and helpfulness of the host.

You can hear all the noises from the surrounding rooms and apartments, however if the neighbors are polite it doesn't bother too much, except for the noise of the exhaust.

Good location - walking distance to the metro station Avenida and the great shopping avenue. Lots of restaurants around. The small street which the hotel is on is quiet.

Cold even with the extra radiator, unpleasant smell, noise from the corridor (no sound isolation at all)
