No sabría con qué quedarme, Nando, la persona que nos atendió al llegar, fue muy amable con nosotros, con el piso nos quedamos encantados, los detalles de cortesía, la vista al paseo y la playa. Todo magnífico. De las pocas veces en que las fotos no hacen justicia a la realidad. Muchas gracias por todo.

El ascensor!!! Pero eso es por el miedo a los espacios reducidos.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, and fairly well-equipped. The host is very kind, even though he doesn’t speak English very well. A major plus is that if you're coming by car, you have a guaranteed free parking spot in an underground garage located very close to the property. The building where the apartment is located is right next to Las Canteras beach, in a very popular and touristy area, which can be both a positive and a negative aspect.

The apartment is not soundproof at all, so it's very noisy, allowing almost every sound from outside or inside the building to come through, even with the windows closed (it's as if they were open). The area is very popular and full of terraces, which obviously means a lot of noise, from early morning until late at night. So, the biggest problem is that you can't really get a good rest.

Very well renovated and designed apartment. Absolutely top-notch cleanliness, perfectly equipped kitchen, modern communication technology/TV absolutely functional (optical intet 250MBps+). We enjoyed our more than week stay, nothing was missing and if there was a minor problem with anything, the assigned contact who handed us the keys was right on hand. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable (mattress slightly softer but no problem). The small balcony was very pleasing - there was somewhere to put beach gear to dry and get some fresh air. As for other services, parking at La Puntilla was hassle-free, just follow the "blue" line to the private sector on the first underground level. Adpartmán is in a well-supported building, it even has an elevator (but only half a floor above street level), so luggage was no problem to get to the second floor. I must commend the assigned contact person for handing over the keys, and the parking pass upon arrival. He was waiting for us at the corner of the pedestrian zone and the intersection of the streets - it is possible to leave the rental car from the airport here for a while and take out the suitcases, and then leave with the car to park in the parking house. He even waited for me to walk back from the parking lot to see if everything was okay and it was after 10pm! The position of the apartment is right on the edge of Las Canteras beach, it can be convenient for long walks all along the beach and back, some services are cheaper in the area than in the middle of Las Canteras, the two supermarkets Dino and SPAR nearby are also an advantage. A minor drawback, unfortunately, is the architecture and technology of the apartments throughout Las Canteras and La Isleta - which are older metal sliding windows in metal frames, with no seals. Some might be disturbed by street sounds, but I had no problem with that. I've stayed in 4 different apartments on Las Canteras and it's more or less the same everywhere.
