Near bus stop and quiet

Just being near street light am a light sleeper so it was so bright inside.

As i walked in it was very clean and had all the facilities like Iron Hairdryer, pots pans everything. Good communication from Jay and he/ she was very considerate as the weather had been quiet warm and fans were dropped of. Thankyou so much very kind of you. Location was good everything close by. A nice small garden to sit and have breakfast with grass. City Centre 10 mins drive parking was available near the City Centre. Other attraction close by aswell. Nothing negative about this place lovely 2 bedroom cosy home.

The location was great for what we needed, short distance from town! The property was big enough for the 4 of us. The outside area was good size.

The place could do with a deep clean, there were a few ants seen crawling on the kitchen tops (nothing that couldn’t be sorted easily) the grass area outside Cohan do with some cleaning, and we thought the carpet on the stairs could do with a deep clean. We enjoyed our stay but with just a few easy tweaks it could be a lovely place! Possibly a better seating area in sitting room as there was 4 of us no room for us all to sit comfortably

Nice cosy house with adequate facilities.

Waste bin still full of rubbish from previous guests. Location ok but woken up at 5 am by neighbours in street. For £400/night, some milk in the fridge to go with the tea/coffee would have been nice.

Loved having the little garden. Parking outside very handy.

I would stay again. 9.75/10. The house was neat, tidy, nicely decorated and clean, streaming service and wifi excellent, washing up liquid, brush and sponge provided, which is always welcome, store cupboard, fridge and freezer excellent size, I could only find one tea towel but had brought my own. Breakfast was not applicable: self catering : however it was a shame there were not enough coffee pods ( as I understand pods that have to be ordered online, I couldn't top up the supply at any of the local supermarkets) for the number of days I was there alone, let alone when my friend joined me. If you have a vertuo pod supply, take a few with you.

There were no instructions for operating the heating, should I have needed it, however, for the June cooler evenings the throws provided were perfect. One small plate was broken enough that I wouldn't have risked it in the microwave, but I left this on the window sill so hopefully it will have been replaced.

Location was a good area for where we needed to be, had everything we needed in the property! Nice and clean! Host was very informative throughout and helpful.

The stairs are very steep. The toilet is downstairs so difficult during the night. Asked for later than 10am check out and was told no

The location puts it down unfortunately, the police were in the area on our first night due to fights and violence outside. Neighbours either side of the property were absolutely lovely! couldn’t fault them- just others within the street.
