Luxe & cozy 3Beds,2rooms,EV Gym Near Beaches&Downtown WPB

Perfect for a week long stay. The apartment was well styled, spacious and a great equipped kitchen. It had all the amenities we needed and was comfortable. Within a easy 15-20min walk to the Convention Centre for our week long event, so we didn't have to hire a car.

Very nice and cozy place, excellent location...

Residence was not cleaned to satisfactory conditions. No washcloths, dirty towels in closet, dirty towels in bin in second bedroom and a bathroom drawer. Counters, sinks not clean...main bedroom mattress...time to replace...also, instructions should be in place on the use of the T. V. System. One of the orange side chairs in bad need of tightening. This could be an outstanding stay if not for those things...

I love staying at this place, this is my third time staying there,the staff are very nice and helpful, I enjoy staying there.

I would like to have access to the gym!!!!!

Nice size, location ok Lots if potential but needs attention to detail.

Sofa not comfortable at all. Would be nice after a day visiting to come to the flat and be able to relax comfortably. Cleaning seemed superficial. Used towel in the rack. Washing machine with cloths inside. Dishwasher with dirty smelly plates and cutlery. Unsure how to use the TV. No regular channels seemed available and lots of them needed plugins or download apps … if indeed there was a way we wouldn’t know so maybe some instructions would be a plus.

The location.

The rug had not been vacuumed in quite some time. The breakfast table had dirt and crumbs on it. The microwave had a food smell in it and had not been wiped down inside. In the larger bedroom, black bugs came out of the drain once the shower was turned on. There were several parties in the apartment building, making it difficult to sleep. I asked the owner if we were under surveillance, i.e., cameras inside the apartment, and he never answered me. After checkout, I received a text ..."Please help earn your 10 score point I will do the same for u". What the hell does that mean? I leave your apartment in excellent condition, and the only way that I will receive a 10 is if I give you a 10, which the apartment does not deserve? I do not take well to bullying, and if I get anything less than a 10, this is the reason why.
