No iron just one roll of tissue and the heat/air unit right beside your bed is so noisy

Not much

The most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The kitchen cabinets are at least 80 years old with some blue paint slapped on them. Kitchen drawers were falling out when I tried to open them. The A/C return is right beside the headboard of the bed so good luck trying to get a good nights sleep with that thing kicking on and off all night. The place is a walk in electrical code violation. Very poor property management.

It was clean and had lots of supplies

The location was great. The queen bed was comfortable. The room pretty and big enough for the 4 of us and was mostly clean. VHC was easy to communicate with.

My daughter said the bunks were not comfortable and they were very noisy because the whole thing was metal. We could actually hear them in the bedroom at night when they would move a little bit because of the squeaking being so loud. The fold out bed was a bit better. There was blood in a couple of places on the mattress covers of one of the bunks and the pullout bed so I had to take those off and wash them. There was a trundle under one of the bunks and the comforter on it had candy and stuff stuck to it. There was butter still in the butter dish on the shelf, but other than those two things, the room was clean. The cookware was terrible. The pans were all scratched up, and there was rust and scratches.
