Contemporary Pool Villa I - Pool & Jacuzzi - Nearby Beach

pretty house, beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice. Location was close to bike path (but see below about bikes).

One tv had issues (it was fixed a couple of days later but manager should not have entered when we were not there although she was very nice). Bikes were really bad (we only rode a couple of miles because they really weren't safe), lots of demands / separate agreement which I have never seen before from any of the houses I have rented. But when I got there, bath towels and beach towels had all been put away wet so I had to dry them in addition to washing our own. Title should not say "heated pool" if you have to pay extra to heat it.

The pool heating system was a little noisy

Beautifully updated house that was warm and inviting. Beautiful backyard and pool area. Although the pool was unavailable while we were there so that was a little sad. I’m sure it’s working again now. Close access to all Venice has to offer! I would recommend this place again.

The pool was great

There was a flood the first couple days in the kitchen. Big roof leak. I spent an evening and the next day placing buckets and wiping up the flowing water. I had someone in the house 6 of 8 days and the other days maintenance staff was there doing something. The pool guy messed up the jacuzzi so the owner and he came over multiple times. So much for a private getaway with the kids

Beautiful pool complete with pool toys and a nice sitting area and grill. House layout great for families with master off one side of kitchen and two bedrooms and bathroom off the other side of living room. Kids bedroom even had a box of toys and garage with equipped with all the beach accessories we could’ve needed. Property management was responsive and even had a brand new pack and play dropped off upon request of a crib.

We needed a place between Tampa and Naples because of family and the location worked out great. It was modern, well organized and clean. We loved the heated pool and jacuzzi especially since the weather was cooler. A fully stocked garage with beach supplies and bikes was a bonus. Proximity to nature reserve and local beaches was great, but you have to drive everywhere.

You have to drive to all attractions, beaches and restaurants in the area. Walking is not an option, and biking in the area is not very safe, especially for kids. Contract is a bit complicated and contradictory, but in the end we communicated well. It does make it difficult on the renter to have to do laundry before they leave, and the fear of going over 35 USD for electricity for the week was strange.
