Guests are required to send a photo identification and credit card before check-in, along with the completed registration form that the property will send to shortly after booking. Anyone found or evidence of smoking inside will be fined GBP 100 as an additional cleaning charge. Kindly note that guests are not permitted to use hair dye or fake tan in the rooms. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and by prior arrangement only. From GBP 15 per hour depending on the time required. For safe and security reasons candles, portable heaters, smoking indoors, overloading of sockets, or any faulty electrical item are prohibited. Guests are liable for any loss, damages or personal injuries within the property. Damages made within the property will result in guests being charged for full repairs.
