I rated the property as disappointed, ONLY because I did not get the opportunity to stay. I had booked with my dog, as it was advertised as pet friendly at no extra charge, and also asked in my booking for an earlier check in time. I received confirmation of early check in, via email. On arrival it was pointed out that there was no early check in time, and that my dog was not allowed on the premises. I did try and explain that it was advertised as pet friendly and although I ticked the box confirming this, we were still not allowed. The owner was very apologetic and accommodating, realising I had paid upfront. I did receive a full refund immediately, but this did not help my situation.
