The caravan was in poor cleanliness

Was lovely and cosy. Close to the main reception and amenities

Great static, well equipped and clean. Good support from booking agents and helpful staff at reception to park.

The location was perfect and the beach was 100 yards away

Make a bit more shaded area for children

The caravan itself is beautiful and well decorated and equipped. Rooms are a good size, especially the double, includes its own ensuite

The smell and cleanliness of areas. Pots etc were not washed the best from pervious user and dog hairs were everywhere, mostly on the sofas.

The caravan park and the staff

From entering the property it smelt really really bad of dog and urine. We instantly had to open all windows. Upon further investigation the sofas are absolutely caped in animal hair and the rug on the floor absolutely stinks of urine. The floors were un washed and cleaned. I had too keep my 7 month old away from the living area due to this. I spent the whole two days itching. Maybe seeing this review something will be done about this. We just stayed out as long as possible and just slept in the rooms. The rest of the property is lovely and it's kept to a good standard. But feel extremely let down.
