Wonderful and clean guesthouse right in front of Tennoshita bus stop. The owner Kendo-san was incredibly nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and come with their own private bathroom. The rooms are also conveniently above the restaurant they run and can order good lunch there. Already looking forward to coming back next time!

The staff were so friendly and nice. The location is excellent - close to the bus stop and close to the main art area. The restaurant on site makes delicious food!

The rooms are very new and of excellent quality. We felt very comfortable and had some good rest after walking around the island. The hosts also have a japanese restaurant downstairs which is of very good quality at a very reasonable price. The location is also very good to walk to and from the museums, a bit far but convenient still.

It was clean with new facilities. Small rooms.. TV, washing machine, micro wave. Blonde furniture and separate single rooms. Good location to bus stop and access to Benesse House. Nice Italian restaurant across the road. Quiet and warm.

Surrounding yard clean but concrete with building materials stacked. Beds very firm and only one pillow. Microwave but nothing to eat off or with. Our disappointment was that although breakfast was included in the price, the owner refused to serve it. He maintained that he had informed Bookings three times there was no breakfast.. we thought it was poor business to refuse us .. as we went elsewhere.

This property was an excellent value! It was also extremely well located, as it was above the best Ramen restaurant on the island. And you could easily get to Honmura to rent bikes, and the owner was kind enough to run us back to Miyanoura to rent bikes. It is also very close to the Benesse house museum and park.  Additionally, the bus stops right across from this guest house. For the price, this was an exceptional value. There are certainly fancier places to stay on the island, but they are a lot more expensive. The bathroom is brand new and clean, well designed. It is best to get bikes if you stay here, but the bus is also is convenient. I believe the German reviewer (rated 4.0) mistook this property for another. There is no buffet at this accommodation, and no such dirty situation existed, as the property is very new.

This property is quite modest in its furnishings. We were fine with that because the value was right in line with its modesty.

Very good location for visiting the nearby art galleries. Good low key accommodation which suited us very well.
