Caravan was well situated within the holiday park. Caravan was clean. A basic Caravan to make a good base for daily trips out, but for the money we paid was good enough. As there was 9 of us, was a bit of a squeeze, but again as we were using it as a base didn't really bother us that much. Outside furniture was a great touch. Hairdryer, hoover and clothes horse supplied. The caravan site we were on had good facilities with swimming pool, rock wall, mini golf, go karts. Night time entertainment and some arcades. Passes were easily bought from reception desk. Staff were friendly and happy to help.

Could really do with some hooks on the back of doors and maybe some shelves in the kitchen as there was 9 of us staying for the week, we had a lot of stuff. But there is plenty of space under beds to put suitcases and bags when not in use. Only 7 coat hangers in the whole caravan so some more of those would of been handy, although I could have taken my own but just forgot to check with them before we left. The arcades are cashless and you have to buy cards and add credits, but you can buy that with cash so the kids were happy.

Broken coffee table, broken bed leg. Not sure where the parking was supposed to be.

The coastal walk to hopton on sea. The view of the sea from the fence. Shame nature has caused the beach to be condemned. Caravan was spacious.

Caravan park was abit out the way. Some animal hair in the Caravan, very visible on the curtains and bathroom blind. Unpleasant aroma from curtains or settee. When sitting on the settee. Other than that we liked everything.

the caravan was too small for 10 people. the beds were uncomfortable. shouldn't have a coffee table in a small space a nest of tables would be better.

Lovely clean caravan with sea view, plenty of space, rattan furniture on the decking was a bonus and well used.

great location perfect for a family get away, all bed comfortable and was no issues bringing own bedding as sometimes you prefer your own anyway, place was lovely and clean and close to the sea! No issues to report!

There is nothing negative to really say about the place, some people may prefer the beds to be made up on arrival but this wasnt an issue for us.

Location was good, could do with maybe a take away fish and chip shop on site too.

Having to pay for the swimming and entertainment the same price for 2 days as it is for a week
