Muy buena ubicación y muy tranquilo,playa a un paseíto agradable

El único problema q con el calor del levante el aire se queda flojo necesitaría algún ventilador más en los dormitorios

"Bon apartament per passar uns dies de platja i piscina"

Situació dins de la comunitat (baixos amb balcó a la piscina), proximitat de les botigues i el passeig marítim, ambient familiar i mida de l'apartament. L'aire condicionat ha sigut una sorpresa molt agradable. S'hi pot cuinar i fer vida sense problemes. La piscina s'ha reformat fa poc i és molt grossa. La resta d'instal·lacions compartides també estan molt bé.

La nevera ha tingut problemes per mantenir el fred, es veu vella i poc potent per a les 5 persones que poden dormir a l'apartament. La comunitat posa moltes normes, però alguns veïns són els primers que les incompleixen (soroll i respecte pel descans).
