"Muy buena ubicación e instalaciones del edificio."

La ubicación y las instalaciones del edificio. Nos dejaron plaza de garaje y eso es ideal.

El apartamento necesita una vuelta. Persianas, mosquiteras y manillas de armarios rotas, es un 11 y tiene una cama debajo de la ventana, si se sube un niño y se asoma cae al vacío (una litera en la otra pared sería ideal), un cojín tenía una aguja (se la clavo mi hija) y los colchones de una habitación deben tener ácaros, cada día amanecimos con nuevas picaduras, solo los que dormíamos en esa habitación

Buena ubicación, cómodo para ir a la playa

No tenía nada, NADA. Te tienes que comprar bayetas, estropajo y jabón de limpiar, servilletas. Básicamente es como hacer la compra para una mudanza nueva, me parece muy flojillo eso

El aire acondicionado en el salón y los dos baños aunque sería necesario ventiladores en las habitaciones.

Está un poco viejo y falta menaje en la cocina. Las zonas comunes necesitan una limpieza y pintado y la piscina es pequeña

La comodidad de las camas y la sala de estar. El aire acondicionado muy bueno.

Hay que dejar una fianza de 100€ y esperar hasta las 10:00 para dejar las llaves. La falta de información antes de reservar.
