"Nice place to stay short walk to a lovely beach"

Spacious caravan had everything we needed for our stay

Very dusty needed a deep clean and we found rubbish under the beds and the sheet that covers the sofa bed in the lounge was heavily stained and we were unable to use it .

"Caravan was absolutely dirty"

The entertainment and activities on site was amazing plenty to do with the family

The caravan was absolutely dirty. The windows wouldn't close properly and the beds had debris over window and curtains was filthy and food left under beds and living room

Location due to it being a time for family making memories. We really did make some fabulous memories, it catered for what we needed as a family and we loved our long weekend there.

Minimal hot water when using the shower, few items broken for example door handle to one bedroom, glasses not been cleaned. We were unable to hoover the carpet due to no appliance being supplied.

The property was well equipped, all the main bedroom beds were very comfy.

The shower kept turning cold constantly. We didn’t manage 1 whole shower without the water turning cold after around 30 seconds. Also the shower holder is not fixed to the wall properly and kept falling down. The main oven was not working at all for the whole of our stay. The sofa bed in the living area is really only suitable for young children as the mattress is more like a quilt.

Everything, lovely size had everything we needed

It was hard to find once on site. It was dark and it was in the middle of all other caravans. We found it more by luck
