M Lake Worth Beach - Modern Villas Near West Palm Beach, Chic Retro Vibes, King Bed, Cozy Backyard, BBQ, Workspace, High-Speed Internet, Free Parking, 5 Mi

Property is located on a main road, not near anything, requiring a car. It is also in a bad area, not at all what we expected from palm beach. Walking would not work at all because of the busy roads and lack of sidewalk and safety. Once we realized the property would not work for us, we asked to cancel with ten days notice. The owner refused just because she could. There was zero understanding and zero flexibility even during high season when the owner could have tried to open the booking. I would not expect an ounce of give here.

I appreciated that the villa was freshly updated! As an owner of rental property, I loved the mini-kitchen. It was cute and well organized. I liked the black out curtains as well as the storage for personal items in the bathroom. The king bed was a must-have for us. The condo was centrally located and convenient to the beaches and West Palm Beach!

The cleanest stay we have ever had by far! Thoughtful amenities and pretty well laid out.

Location is a little difficult to figure out at first but simple once you know. I really blame Waze driving app and not the property. Bathroom sink is almost non-existent but I understand with the limited amount of space.

Apartment is clean and comfortable. If you dont intend to cook or do laundry it is a nice place to stay. Of course, it is far away from Miami, but it is close to Palm Beach.

It was hard to get to the place from Miami Intl airport. Traffic was really busy. It took us 1 hour more that expected. If you want to be close to Palm Beach it is ok, but if you want to be close to Miami, forget it. The laundry/machine is shared, and is not 24hours available. I have tried but didn't manage to use them, they were always busy. There is no dish washer, and there are many rules to clean the apartment prior to departure, reason why I gave up from cooking in the apartment. In addition, wi-fi is super slow. And the lamp of the kitchen was not working :(

There’s no staff on property - was difficult to identify which unit was booked - took a while to get into the unit. There was an issue with the screen door leading into the apartment, which continued throughout my stay - there was only a day’s supply of coffee, No maid service, no television other than CNN and lame free streaming TV channels. The unit had one lamp and only overhead lighting that’s a little harsh - could use a few more lamps.

If your in Florida for any reason especially recommend for family because cleanly this whole property is I’ve witnessed they’re cleaning crew in each unit for several hours which speaks volumes most hotels have them clean each room 15 minutes an hour tops and on top of that very accommodating & fair honestly wish people who were in the hospitality were more like this company

Great decor and everything was spotless and neat!

We had a little snag with our reservation, but the host made up for tenfold. I would absolutely stay there again.! The apartment was lovely and we had everything we needed. I especially liked the heated tea kettle and the yoga mat.
