Elegant Huge Ocean View 4 King, Private Pool, Huge Yard, Enormous Game Garage, BBQ, & Rooftop Deck

We loved the location , the amenities. The space is amazing . Our favorite spot is the garage open to the outside and the pool. There is a ton of parking. The host is very responsive.

The cleaning could be a little better( they pay for a service) . Overall the bedding/beds/ linens were clean, the bathrooms were clean . But there stains on the furniture, there were old covers on the couches in the garage. The counters felt greasy and sticky as did the dishes on the table.

This location is conveniently located only a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping! It was clean and comfortably accommodated my family size of 14 with room to spare. My mother is disabled and strictly uses a mobility scooter to get around. After using her personal ramp to get into the house she had easy access to the living rooms, laundry room and bathroom, her bedroom and bathroom with roll-in shower and a built in shower seat. The owners provided us with needed necessities like body wash, shampoo, q-tips, clean linen, dishes etc. There were board games and a garage/game room that kept everyone entertained along with three massage chairs to help us relax. There is a beautiful in-ground pool in the backyard along with a basketball goal. The wraparound porch and upstairs deck were also a nice touch! The owners were easy to contact with quick response times and offered multiple platforms to communicate by.

There are at least three small sets of stairs located inside the home. Although they are only two steps each, they are kind of steep, making them non-childproof and difficult to use with a personal ramp. There are also no handrails near any of the stairs; inside or out. The house has a few imperfections throughout with either unfinished repairs or areas that need repairs, that were covered with furniture, decorations or pillows. The pool and patio area, along with the garage/game room could have been cleaner and less cluttered. I was sure to take photos of the home beforehand as proof of the home’s condition before my family arrived. As stated above, the house is perfectly located in walking distance of the beach, food and shopping, but I would rather drive. We had to walk pass, at least one abandoned hotel with several people standing around, on the walk to the beach.
