Ponderosa 619, Las Americas, 2 bedroom apartment with large terrace and ocean view, next to Siam Park

The location was good.

Broken bed- fixed quick but was falling apart the next morning again. Blocked shower- pool in the bathroom altogether. Dirty fridge with the crumbs. Dirty walls - first thing I have had noticed. But the worse thing was - the owner of the room had messaged me that he will send me on the bill to cover the cost of the painting the whole apartament and to fix the hole in the wall. What a bullshit and a nonsens! We barley were in the apartament! The bill will land in my bin. I booked this room for six of us to have a great time on my 40’ and I was ashamed instead. I would avoid that property.

Beautiful ocean view from the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The Keypad on the door is really handy.

The second bedroom is tiny, there is two single beds in the room but not enough space to even walk between the beds. Would be ok for small children. The apartment is nice but the apartment block is run down. Cleaning not included in the price.

Clean, new, spacious apartment with all the amenities you need and perfect central location, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Only complaint I had was we had very noisy neighbours upstairs all through the night but this was not the properties fault. Other than that the stay was perfect.

The location, as we really like that area. The apartment was nice (even if not 55m2 as advertised, it should have been 35m2), well furnished, equipped with everything and an electronic code to open the entrance door (so you avoid having to carry the keys with you, very convenient)

To be honest (not the fault of the owner of the apartment), the building was very shabby, a 12-storey condominium with over 100 apartments, it had 2 elevators, 1 of which was broken (not working) and the other stopped every now and then ( in fact the management always had to call the technician). The only thing we didn't like, was the day of arrival, when we had to wait 30 minutes before someone from the management arrived to ask how to get to this apartment. The person from the management who knew nothing, had to call the owner and ask how to let us in!!!
